1. Green Lantern: Fractured Spectrum 1 from DC Comics. This special one-shot wraps up some loose plot threads and sets the stage for the upcoming Green Lanterns Corps relaunch.
2. GI Joe #3 from Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment. Cobra Commander is an evil dude. Find out why in this issue. 
3. Ultimate Wolverine #1 from Marvel. Following his appearance in the One Year In Special, this issue expands on the origins of the Ultimate Wolverine. Definitely worth checking out!
