July 2, 2025 - TOP 3 PICKS - New Comic Book Day

Hey Kids! It's New Comic Book Day! Finally! Ugh. I thought it was never going to get here.

Lot's of cool stuff on the shelves. Several endings that leading to new beginnings and revealations abound.

Here's my TOP 3 PICKS as you head out to your local shop today.

1. Captain America #1 from Marvel. Steve Rogers returns with a new mission. I really enjoy Chip Zdarsky's run on Batman, so I have high hopes for his Cap run.

2. All-New Venom #8 from Marvel. This series from Marvel hasn't been one of my favorites mainly because I'm not a fan of the current pairing. However, this issue addresses some of those issue I had with the series.

3. Immortal Thor #25 from Marvel. This issue wraps up the current Immortal Thor volume and sets the stage for the next adventures of the Asgardians. It'll be interesting to see where it goes after the effects of this new status quo start to shake out.
