May 14, 2025 - TOP 3 PICKS - New Comic Book Day

Hello there! I hope your Wednesday is going well! It's New Comic Book Day! There's a lot of cool stuff on the shelves including Battle Beast and all of his covers as well as Absolute Batman and the horrifying new Mr. Freeze.

My TOP 3 PICKS for this week are:

1. Past Time #2 from Mad Cave Studios. Baseball + Vampires. What more do you really need to know. It's an interesting premise and makes a great story.
2. Exquiste Corpses #1 from Image Comics. I'm a sucker for Battle-To-The-Death/Thunderdome kind of stories, and this hits all those switches.
3. Geiger #14 from Image Comics and Ghost Machine. I've been really enjoying reading Geiger. It's one of those rare comics where, when you get to the end of the issue, you want the next issue right then. You don't want to wait a month or any of that. You got to know right now!
