May 21, 2025 - TOP 3 PICKS - New Comic Book Day

Hello there! Happy Wednesday! It's New Comic Book Day! Whoop! Whoop! What day is it? I hope your week is going well.

Let's get to the TOP 3 PICKS this week.

  1. Superman Unlimited from DC Comics. Well, if you're going to make a splashy entrance, might as well go all the way. Dan Slott debuts his new Superman title and things are definitely changing. It'll be interesting to see how all this goes.
  2. Vision and Scarlet Witch from Marvel. Wanda and Vision are back together? Well, kinda. It's complicated, and then things get really complicated. There are some call backs to Tom King's Vision mini series from a few years ago.
  3. The Curse of Sherlee Johnson from Image Comics. This is part of the #Spawn Universe of titles. It starts off with a call back to the start of the Spawn title back in the 90s. This is a pretty cool story that stands on it's own. You don't need to be Spawn fan to understand what's happening.
