New Comic Book Day - TOP 3 PICKS - March 12, 2025

Happy New Comic Book Day! It's #NCBD, and there are a lot of great titles on the shelves today.

Adventures in Ink is OPEN today, so come on by and check out the new comics, games, and #funkopops in the shop.

Here are my Top 3 Picks for the week. It's a little different this time as these titles may not be on your radar, but I've been really liking them and wanted to give them the spotlight today.

1. Phoenix #9 from Marvel. Each issue has just been adding an new deeper layer of plot and story, and this issue continues to do just that. The supporting cast of Nova and Rocket Raccoon work great with Jean in this story.

2. Hellhunters #4 from Marvel. This has been a really cool supernatural World War II story with a WWII-era Ghost Rider that's been a blast to read. The final page image of this issue? Oh man. It's so cool.

3. Rogue Sun #25 from Image Comics. You like them. You don't like them. You like them. The family dynamics in this book are just bonkers, and you never know what's waiting on the next page. This issue kind of acts as a jumping on point. If you've been wanting to check it out, but haven't yet, this would be a good issue to get.
