September 25, 2025 - Throwback Thursday - Secret Warriors

Hey there, Adventurers! I hope your Thursday is going well. It's time for a new episode of #ThrowbackThursday, where I share a comic series from a while ago, that maybe you don't know about, but it is worth taking a look at.

This week, let's take a look at Secret Warriors featuring Nick Fury, Quake, and a host of other characters. The title took place during the "Dark Reign" period, so Norman Osborn was in charge of everything and doing his best to cement his hold on power. Several story elements from Secret Warriors were used in the MCU films and TV shows like The Winter Soldier and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

It's a really great series that is for the most part self contained, there's a couple of one-shots that add an extra layer to the story but aren't required. It's full of espionage, betrayals, double agents, double-double agents, and all sorts of comic book goodness.
